A PhD student at the University of Portsmouth is looking for women to interview as part of a research project looking at their role of women in the development of new products or processes.
Rozita Paknejad is compiling the research to form a report documenting the best practices that culminate in the organisational success achieved through women-led initiatives.
Paknejad says she believes the findings of her study would not only generate insights that would be of significant value to the organisations in which the participants are employed in terms of understanding how female employees contribute to their success, but would show the way forward for the greater global success of women in all organisations.
If you, or a colleague would like to participate in the study, you must have personally initiated the development of a new product or process and played a key and pioneering role in bringing it to fruition.
The interview would take place via Skype and is estimated to take around 45 minutes.
